Hi! I'm Shelley
I have been a licensed and practicing massage therapist since 2009. I completed my training in Maui, which was my home at the time, and have been fortunate to work in both high-end spas and clinical settings across London, Australia, Italy, Mexico, Hawaii, and now here in Minneapolis.

My style blends therapeutic techniques with deeply relaxing touch, working on specific areas of tension, but also treating the body as an interconnected whole. Aside from the many massage modalities offered, I often incorporate tools like hot stones to gently warm the muscles and cupping to release fascia and encourage circulation.

Over the years, I’ve found that true relief comes from addressing both the structure and the nervous system. When your muscles release and your mind quiets, your body has a chance to reset. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling lighter—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Many of the physical patterns we carry—tight shoulders, shallow breath, bracing in the jaw or hips—are the result of accumulated thoughts, emotions, and stress from daily life. Massage creates a space where you can start to notice these holding patterns, reconnect with your body, and explore new ways of moving and being.

As stress levels drop, everything else starts to shift—sleep, digestion, focus, mood. Massage is one of the simplest ways I know to support the whole person.

Swedish Massage
A circulatory-focused technique using light to moderate pressure to reduce stress, support lymphatic flow, and enhance overall relaxation and recovery.
Lomi Lomi
A traditional Hawaiian modality utilizing broad, flowing strokes that promote systemic relaxation, lymphatic movement, and parasympathetic nervous system activation.
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)
A targeted clinical approach used to assess and treat soft tissue dysfunction related to posture, nerve compression, ischemia, and biomechanical imbalances.
Trigger Point Therapy
Focused manual pressure is applied to hyperirritable points within muscle tissue to interrupt pain referral patterns and restore functional muscle length.
Reflexology
A pressure-based technique applied to specific reflex points on the feet (and sometimes hands) that may help regulate internal systems and reduce stress-related symptoms.
Cupping Therapy
A decompressive therapy that uses suction to lift tissue, increase local circulation, reduce myofascial restrictions, and aid in soft tissue recovery.

but I will get back to you ASAP which ever method you use.
THE APPOINTMENT:
Each session begins with a conversation—an opportunity to check in about how you’re feeling and what you'd like to focus on that day. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, or just need time to reset, I tailor each treatment to support both your physical and mental well-being.

You can expect the treatment to last for the full amount of time you've booked for.
Initial consultation and getting ready do not cut into your massage time.
